At around 6:51 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked with her dog and Ethel Boyd out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. as they walked through Barrett began running, with her arms extended like she was a child, play flying, like an airplane.
She crossed over the easement line onto Mary’s private property singing out loud, “I’m doing this, because I can” as she was purposely trespassing. Ethel Boyd yelled out “…there’s a lot of weird people in the family…, just say’n”.

She was berating her “pretend John”.

And, Deanna L Barrett was conveniently waiting there in Mary’s front yard to assist Brian F Davis navigate his pickup towing an RV trailer through Mary’s front yard.
At around 12:34 pm the gray pickup drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.

At around 7:30 am, I cleaned and close Mary’s gate.
At around 12:14 pm, a gray 4 door SUV, with who looked like passenger Kari Clark and the driver looked like Kari’s daughter, Liz. They drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. They opened and closed Mary’s gate as they entered.
At around 2:10 pm, the ACE Septic Service truck drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. The driver opened Mary’s gate and left it open.
At around 2:19 pm, the ACE Septic Service truck drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. He left Mary’s gate open. He did remove the porta-potty from the Boyd Gang’s property. And he did not litter on Mary’s private property.
At around 2:40 pm, the gray 4 door SUV with, who looked like passenger Kari Clark and the driver looked like Kari’s daughter, Liz, drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. They left Mary’s gate open.
Kari Clark is a Goon associate, and a Goon victim. Very sad. Kari Clark’s (Boyd Gang associate) part in all of this is very sad and pitiful.

At around 4:51 pm, the yellow Jeep with the black top, Boyd Gang associate, came back to harass, drove in along Tiger Lily Lane.
This Boyd Gang associate in the yellow Jeep with the black top drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. Speeding. And left Mary’s gate open. This individual, (John Doe 1-???), drove past Mary’s clear signage warning against trespassing, up to Mary’s front gate. Opened Mary’s gate like he owned the place. Then he drove through Mary’s front yard at about 30 mph to a location on Mary’s property and sat there, on Mary’s property for about 3 minutes, he never accessed the Boyd Gang’s property. Just there on Mary’s private property.
Then he turned around on Mary’s property and drove back to Mary’s front yard, where he stopped and sat in front of Mary’s house for a few seconds, to make sure that we were harassed real good, and then he sped away leaving Mary’s gate wide open. Not to bright! He is definitely a Boyd Gang associate gang stalker, so, I would put his IQ somewhere just this side of retarded.
This harassment campaign has been going on for over a decade, by a group of jail ready nut jobs. John Doe here, obviously believes the lies that the Boyd Gang tell him. And he is ready to act maliciously over it.

At around 4:06 pm Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s gate, which is latched, but not locked. It is easy to unlatch it. There is no mystery. Notwithstanding, Ethel Boyd crawled through the gate, it looked uncomfortable to say the least. And then Ethel Boyd turned back and studied the gate and appeared to look directly at the very simple chain and latch. Then Ethel Boyd walked in through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 4:21 pm Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. And then she climbed back through that gate, It looked very painful for the eighty+ year old Ethel Boyd to crawl through that gate. I believe that was CRAZY and it certainly was FRIGHTENING to witness!

At around 1:15 pm, Terri Davis, with dog, and Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. Ethel Boyd, stopped and fixated on Mary’s residence.
At around 1:47 pm, Brian F Davis was pictured trespassing on Mary’s private property on his quad runner and then he drove out along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
On October 20, 2020
At around 1:53 pm a gray Ford four door pickup with a “North Woods” logo on the door drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. The driver opened and closed Mary’s front gate as he entered, then he drove through Mary’s front yard towards the Boyd Gang’s property. He never went to the Boyd Gang’s property, instead, drove to a location on Mary’s private property and did a trespassing park and turn around.
At around 2:04 pm the gray Ford four door pickup with a “North Woods” logo on the door drove out along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. He closed Mary’s gate as he left. I believe this person is not a Boyd Gang member. I suspect that the Boyd Gang sent him somehow though.
So, the Boyd Gang was gone for the season, yet the cicatrix of their harassment during 2020 remained.
Fence construction along the Boyd Gangs easement
After being thoroughly harassed by the Boyd Gang during the summers of 2019 and 2020, and the complicity of the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office, the Idaho State Police and of the Bonner County Idaho Justice System, to that threatening and repugnant harassment.
We decided to build a four foot tall field fence along both sides of the Boyd Gang’s easement. In order to restrict their trespass and threatening harassment. Not to block the Boyd Gang’s 10 ft. wide easement and not a spite fence. More of a, keep your ugly spite off of Mary’s private property fence.
My sister consulted with an attorney, asking the question, “would it be legal to build a fence along both sides of that ten ft. wide easement, which runs through Mary’s front yard?.” The Attorney assured her that a fence could be built along that easement according to Idaho law. The attorney expressed that we could not block the easement, but we could most definitely build a fence along both sides of that easement.
So I personally built that fence along both sides of the Boyd Gang’s easement. I built the fence according to the survey map of that easement, adding an extra 4 to 8 inches of width throughout the length of the easement, just to make sure it was all legal.
The fence I built along the Boyd Gang’s easement exposed the fact that Tiger Lily Lane does not exist legally.
Tiger Lily Lane is Bonner County Government enforced trespass and harassment of an innocent land owner, Mary. The fence I built eliminated the Boyd Gang’s ability to trespass on Mary’s private property therefor exposing Tiger Lily Lane for what it is. Very troubling is what it is. Very Illegal and very hurtful.
Boyd Gang in Mary’s front yard 2021
On March 3, 2021,
At around 11:44 am, Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard towards the Boyd Gang’s property. Fixating and photographing the whole way through Mary’s front yard.
Only this time there was a safety barrier preventing them from accessing and trespassing on Mary’s private property. But it did not stop them from fixating on Mary’s property.
Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd approached the Boyd Gang’s property, and then they slowly departed. They never actually entered onto the Boyd Gang’s property.
They made several comments that were difficult to discern, however, Deanna L Barrett did address the 10 ft. wide easement saying,
“…because, when you have a ten foot easement… I sure wish I had more than ten …I wish I had asked for fuck’n twenty”
That statement is very telling of the situation with Kari Clark and the Bonner County civil court case CV2011-835. Remember the 10 ft. wide footpath easement through Mary’s front yard, ordered by Judge Luster and for the benefit of the arguably vulnerable adult Kari Clark.
At around 12:11 pm, Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard fixating and photographing the whole way through Mary’s front yard.

On March, 5, 2021,
At around 2:17 pm, Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard toward the Boyd Gang’s property. Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd had a conversation near one of Mary’s out buildings, Ethel Boyd asked the question, I wonder if they are going to build something?. I believe that Ethel Boyd was referring to the two gates that were there, one on each side of the Boyd Gang’s easement, which were integrated into the fence as it passes through that portion of Mary’s property in order to allow Mary to access Mary’s property located on the other side of the Boyd Gang’s easement. Deanna L Barrett answered back that she didn’t know, and that we (the Boyd Gang) have lots of guns and there is a stand your ground law.
At around 2:45 pm, Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. As they past in front of Mary’s residence they seemed fixated on the security screen that was 7 ft. 10 in. tall and situated between them and Mary’s residence. They were having a conversation where Deanna L Barrett said “It’s to high, I will report them again”. I believe she was referring to the security screen which was preventing her from fixating on Mary’s residence.
On March, 7, 2021,
At around 1:30 pm, Deanna L Barrett, Ethel Boyd, Terri (Boyd) Davis and Brian F Davis walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard towards the Boyd Gang’s property. They opened Mary’s gate and left it open. They all walked in through and past Mary’s front yard on towards the Boyd Gang’s property, and then Terri (Boyd) Davis turned around and walked back up to Mary’s front yard were she paraded back and forth.
Terri (Boyd) Davis appeared to be attempting to get a better look into Mary’s residence.
Meanwhile Deanna L Barrett, Ethel Boyd and Brian F Davis were seen and heard walking along Tiger Lily Lane at the other end of Mary’s property near the Boyd Gang’s property.
Ethel Boyd asked Deanna L Barrett. “Deanna, where did Terri go?”. Deanna L Barrett replied, “She just went up there,(Mary’s front yard) to snoop around ”.
A few minutes later Terri (Boyd) Davis joined the other Boyd Gang members.
Brain F Davis kicked Mary’s fence and then asked Terri (Boyd) Davis “What do you think?” Terri (Boyd) Davis answered back, “about what?”, Brain F Davis explained, “about how shitty they did this”, “we’re locked out!”. Which is a just another Boyd Gang lie. But who is he lying to?
The Boyd Gang’s gate swings towards the Boyd Gang’s property and the Boyd Gang were in no way locked out. And, they have a perfectly good 30 ft. wide appurtenant easement access road (Tavern Creek Drive). Which they could and should be using exclusively in order to access their vacant land. But, they never did access their vacant land. Instead they just turned around and walked back out.
The Boyd Gang made several comments that were difficult to discern.
However, Terri Davis did address Mary’s fence, saying that,…“they cannot interfere with your right to use your easement….basically there called spite fences, because that’s what they are, they serve no other purpose other than, to, ya know, harass…”. Ironic what Terri (Boyd) Davis says here, ya know, considering the fact that the fence was built specifically to curtail the Boyd Gang’s harassment.
At around 2:02 pm, Deanna L Barrett, Ethel Boyd, Terri Davis and Brian F Davis walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. As they past through Mary’s front yard they made several comments that were difficult to discern, However Dianna L Barrett did make this statement.
“...get a judgment against them and, ya know, I’m ready to move forward…to get this property…”.
Yes, we do know, ya know, very well. The Boyd Gang wants to “get” Mary’s property through justice system abuse. Just like Deanna L Barrett stated there. That has always been their collective plan. And, obviously, still is.
As the Boyd Gang departed, Terri (Boyd) Davis stepped off of the Boyd Gang’s Tiger Lily Lane and trespassed onto Mary’s private property at the only location that she could gain access to Mary’s private property, near Mary’s privacy gate.
Terri (Boyd) Davis purposely trespassed in order to crouch down and glare into Mary’s private yard through a small opening in Mary’s security screen on Mary’s security gate.

Boyd Gang Extortion Letter? 2021
The next day, On March 8, 2021
My sister received this letter and forwarded it to me, sent by Attorney Michael G Schmidt, of Lukins and Annis Law firm and dated March 5, 2021. The threatening and harassing letter was likely written by Terri (Boyd) Davis, ya know. And was the Boyd Gang’s response to the fence that we had constructed in order to curtail both, the Boyd Gang’s trespass on Mary’s private property, and the Boyd Gang’s threatening harassment of Mary and her family at Mary’s residence.
So, the Boyd Gang sent that threatening and harassing letter via an officer of the court in Michael G Schmidt…”The lawyers for both sides are also officers of the court. Their job is to represent their clients zealously, within the formal rules of the Code of Professional Conduct“…
Like I said, the threatening and harassing letter was sent, in response to the fence that we built in order to curtail the Boyd Gang’s threatening harassment.
My Sister and my Mother read the Boyd Gang’s letter. And then asked that I remove the fence because they were seriously afraid of loosing Mary’s residence and property to the Boyd Gang. They argued that the Boyd Gang could steal Mary’s residence from her through Justice System Abuse.
So, I read that very threatening letter, and I have witnessed the Boyd Gang friendly Idaho Justice System and the theft and harm that it has done to innocent victims. I agreed completely with my mother and my sister and I did remove that fence. Personally and quickly. Boyd Gang Extortion? Fence gone, harassment back on!
It shouldn’t be this way at all! That is when I knew that I would thoroughly expose the Boyd Gang and all of the harassment which Mary and her family have had to endure. The Boyd Gang needs to be shut down and held to account for what they have done and continue to do. It must stop!
That letter reminds me of this face.
This paragraph, above, excerpt from the Boyd Gang’s letter, represents exactly what I am speaking to when I say Boyd Gang treachery and lies, obviously. What a crock of BS this is. And yet, this type of Boyd Gang treachery and lies has prevailed time after time, in the Idaho Justice System, against innocent citizen/land owners with overwhelming evidence on their side. It is absolutely sickening. This is called legal harassment and Justice System Abuse.

In her first sentence from that paragraph above, Terri (Boyd) Davis uses the words spite and unreasonable animosity, in describing Mary and her family’s actions towards the Boyd Gang. That is total fabrication. Terri (Boyd) Davis just makes it up and writes it down as if it were fact. Worst yet. What she speaks to is exactly what Terri (Boyd) Davis and the other Boyd Gang members are guilty of.
This is typical Terri (Boyd) Davis. The language of a vicious thug, as you will see as you continue viewing this report. She is a vicious liar who has hurt many. OUCH!
This type of Boyd Gang treachery works really good, when the Boyd Gang gets you in their little box, an Idaho Justice System civil court case. Where Boyd Gang treachery fly’s well.
