At around 9:23 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. Deanna L Barrett began and continued to honk, (actuate), blare, her automobile’s horn constantly and loudly as she passed through Mary’s front yard.
She continued out along Tiger Lily Lane and as she passed by J and V’s residence, again, Deanna L Barrett honked her horn consistently and loudly as she passed by their residence.
On July 30, 2019,
At around 11:39 am Deanna L Barrett drove in along Tiger Lily Lane. She stopped in front of the Thornton’s residence for about a minute and then she continued on to Mary’s front yard. Deanna L. Barrett stopped and backed up a little and then proceeded to the other end of Mary’s front yard and stopped, disembarked her vehicle and walked onto Mary’s property acting as if she was clearing the road somehow, even though there was nothing blocking Tiger Lily Lane. Then she got into her car and continued to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 11:54 am Deanna L. Barrett drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. She stopped in Mary’s front yard, disembarked her vehicle and acted as though she was clearing the road somehow, even though there was nothing blocking Tiger Lily Lane.
Deanna L. Barrett acted as if she was angry at the CCTV camera, displaying some kind of “crazy face” at the camera as she walked back, climbed back into her car and drove away.
At around 2:07 pm, a red Toyota SUV, Bonner County planning, drove in Along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. It turned around and drove away. At around 5 pm, I was told that a report had been made to the Bonner County Planning Department complaining about our privacy/security screen/fence.
So, the Boyd Gang’s complained about a privacy screen designed to curtail their gang harassment.
I explained that the screen/fence was temporary. I, later, got word that all was good according to Bonner County Planning Department. And, that the temporary screen fence could stay until the renovation was complete.
At around 7:03 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.

On August 8, 2019, early that morning I sent a letter to the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office, along with ample video evidence, requesting that the Bonner County Sheriff take action and shut down the Boyd Gang’s harassment and gang stalking. I addressed the letter to Bonner County Sheriff’s Deputy Gagnon. I addressed the letter to Deputy Gagnon because of his familiarity with the events of July 25, 2019. I was compelled to send the letter in order to document what was occurring at Mary’s residence.

The letter and video evidence that I sent on August 8, 2019 to the Bonner County Sheriffs Office was solid and compelling. However, Deputy Gagnon called me around August 12, 2019 and said, “I am declining to take any action”. That did not surprise me at all. The Boyd Gang easily duped the, Boyd Gang friendly Bonner County Sheriff Deputy.
I wonder what was said between the Boyd Gang and Deputy Gagnon?
I believe that the Boyd Gang were inspired by my complaint, and the Bonner County Sheriff’ Deputy Gagnon’s, Boyd Gang friendly response to it. I believe that the Boyd Gang felt like they continued to have a green light, and they did have a green light, to do what ever they wanted with regards to gang stalking and harassing Mary and her family in Mary’s front yard.
As you can tell, the Bonner County Sheriff certainly was and is fully complicit to the Boyd Gang and their illegal and harmful actions. I can’t understand how that could be. I believe that there is some relationship between the Boyd Gang and the Bonner County Sheriff that makes that Office operate nefariously when it comes to this unfortunate situation.
I know that the Boyd Gang reaches out and corrupts people with treachery. I do know that.

At around 7:36 am, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 10:10 am, Deanna L Barrett walked in with her dog on a leash along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. She flipped off the CCTV camera with her middle finger as she passed by and then she stopped and fixated on Mary’s residence and property before continuing on to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 10:20 am, Ethel Boyd w passenger, drove her dark gray Ford Ranger pick up truck in along the Boyd Gang’s 30 ft. wide appurtenant easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive). for the Boyd Gang’s property, (parcel 2), which crosses over Mary’s property about 300 ft. behind Mary’s residence.
At around 10:39 am, Deanna Barrett drove a quad runner out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 10:46 am Deanna L. Barrett drove a quad runner in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 10:59 am Deanna L Barrett drove a quad runner out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. Deanna L Barrett flipped of the CCTV camera with her middle finger as she drove by.
At around 11:05 am Deanna L. Barrett drove a quad runner in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 11:17 am, Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane followed by Deanna L Barrett riding her quad runner with an unknown male passenger, (Boyd Gang associate, Papa Creepy). Deanna L Barrett and the Boyd Gang associate passenger passed by Ethel Boyd who stopped and waited as they continued along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard where they turned the quad runner around in Mary’s front yard and headed back towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
As they passed in front of Mary’s house, they paused and Deanna L Barrett yelled at Mary’s house “Papa Creepy from the neighborhood watch team, Woo Who…” and then Deanna L Barrett and her “Papa Creepy” took off and drove back to Ethel Boyd, who was standing along Tiger Lily Lane on Mary’s property waiting. Ethel Boyd climbed onto the quad runner and the three of them drove towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 11:29 am, Deanna L Barrett drove her quad runner out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 11:46 am, Deanna L Barrett drove her quad runner in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. As she passed in front of Mary’s house she paused and yelled something and then she continued towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 11:51 am, Deanna L Barrett drove her quad runner out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 12:18 pm, Ethel Boyd drove her dark gray Ford Ranger pick up truck out from the Boyd Gang’s property along the 30 ft. wide appurtenant easement of record (Tavern Creek Drive), for the Boyd Gang’s property, (Parcel 2).
At around 12:32 pm Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 12:43 pm Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 12:54 pm Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove in along the 30 ft. wide appurtenant easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive), for the Boyd Gang’s property, (Parcel 2).
At around 3:00 pm, Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along the 30 ft. wide easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive), for the Boyd Gang’s property, (Parcel 2).
At around 3:23 pm, Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 3:36 pm, Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
At around 5:46 pm, Ethel Boyd’s dark gray Ford Ranger pickup truck drove in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
