About the Boyd Gang
Mary argued during proceedings in Bonner County CV-2011-0835, that a secondary access (10 Ft. wide court ordered easement through her front yard), for the benefit of the Boyd Gang’s, (Barrett’s), vacant property, (parcel 2), was illegal, unnecessary and that the Boyd Gang only wanted to harm Mary, and would use that second easement as a means to harass Mary in Mary’s front yard.
Mary knew, from past experience with the Boyd Gang, that the Boyd Gang want to steal, (“get”), Mary’s property. And, that the Boyd Gang employ gang harassment as part of their means to an end.
However, that second easement, (the Boyd Gang’s Tiger Lily Lane) does now exist. And the Boyd Gang can access their, (Barrett’s Parcel 2), property via Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
Following the imposition of that 10Ft. wide secondary easement through Mary’ front yard, the Boyd Gang did and continue to do exactly what Mary predicted they would do. The Boyd Gang harass Mary and her family in Mary’s front yard, habitually, summer after summer. With no end in sight.
During May, 2019, my fiancée and I arrived. I was there to finish renovating Mary’s house. And, I installed a CCTV system at Mary’s residence and property in order to record any trespassing and gang harassment. In order to expose it.
I also erected a temporary, 12 Ft. tall, privacy screen fence between Mary’s house and the Boyd Gang’s 10 Ft. wide secondary easement, which passes directly through Mary’s front yard. see map below.
I installed the temporary privacy screen fence in order to protect my fiancée and I from the Boyd Gang as I worked on the renovation of Mary’s house. It worked good.
My fiancée and I spent a great deal of time at Mary’s residence during the summers of 2019 and 2020, and during the spring of 2021, as I completed the renovation of Mary’s residence. And my fiancée and I documented and recorded what occurred in Mary’s front yard.
We recorded and documented the Boyd Gang’s crazy, lude, vulgar and threatening actions as they gang harass Mary and her family, in Mary’s front yard.
I believe that the individuals who I refer to as the Boyd Gang are a detriment to our society, and a dangerous one at that.
The Boyd Gang showed up on June 15, 2019. And from that time until October, 2019 and then again during the summer of 2020 and then in the spring of 2021, we did document and record the Boyd Gang’s threatening and harassing displays, as they gang harassed Mary and Mary’s family, in Mary’s front yard. And sometimes with a firearm on them.
While I was renovating Mary’s house, the Boyd Gang were busy gang stalking and gang harassing my fiancée and me in Mary’s front yard. So, not only did we document and record it, we were victims of it.
A sample of the 2019, Boyd Gang Harassment
On June 23, 2019,
At around 2:50 pm, Ethel Boyd and Terri Davis walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. And, they fixated on Mary’s residence as they passed by.
At around 3:49 pm, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis traveled out along the 30 ft. wide appurtenant access easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive) for the Boyd Gang‘s property, which traverses across Parcel 1 about 300 ft. behind Mary’s residence.
Mary’s residence and house are visible from the Boyd Gang‘s property’s appurtenant easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive), and again, as depicted, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis were both very fixated on Mary’s residence.
At about 4:23 pm, Ethel Boyd and Terri Davis were back, walking in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard, not to the Boyd Gang‘s vacant property. Instead, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis walked in along Tiger Lily Lane from the county road directly and purposely to Mary’s front yard were they loitered and fixated on Mary’s residence. Terri (Boyd) Davis recorded video as Ethel Boyd appeared to be giving orders. And, then, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis walked back out from Mary’s front yard along Tiger Lily Lane, back out to the county road from where they came.
On July 21, 2019,
At around 12:10 pm, a group of Boyd Gang members and associates including Ethel Boyd, Terri (Boyd) Davis and the unidentified female carrying a child in her arms. They were followed by Deanna L Barrett on a quad runner. They all traveled in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang‘s property.
Terri (Boyd) Davis stopped on Tiger Lily Lane in Mary’s front yard and waited for Deanna L Barrett to drive up on her quad runner. They both loitered and fixated on Mary’s residence and especially our RV trailer which was parked just on the other side of the security fence.
The two Boyd Gang members were there in Mary’s front yard for about two minutes fixating and patrolling in front our security screen fence opposite where we parked our RV trailer and then they departed, traveling on to the Boyd Gang‘s property.
On July 25, 2019
At about 7:50 am, we traveled along the Upper Pack River Road, (county road), we approached the entrance to Mary’s one lane driveway, which is also the Boyd Gang‘s Tiger Lily Lane, located just east of the Pack River Bridge. See map below.
Much to our dismay, we could see Deanna L Barrett about 200-300 ft. away, walking her dog along the Upper Pack River Road, near Lois Lane, on the other side of the Pack River Bridge. Ethel Boyd’s summer residence is located on Lois Lane, very near the intersection of Lois Lane and the Upper Pack River RD, on the west side of the Pack River Bridge. See map below.
Deanna L Barrett appeared to see and recognize us. She began moving very quickly (not really running, but more of a “race walk”) toward her mother, Ethel Boyd’s residence, where Deanna L Barrett was staying and where her car was parked.
I figured that Deanna L Barrett would go to her mothers house, get her car and attempt to harass us. I thought that I could quickly unload the trailer and drive out of there in order to return that trailer back to U-Haul and not incur any late fees. It was a risky move on my part because Deanna L Barrett is unstable, displays animosity towards us and could be carrying a gun. I regret it because what happened next was upsetting for my fiancée and I.
I unloaded the trailer as fast as I could. It took about 2 minutes total time to drive in, turn around, unload and drive out. That was fast and I thought that we had it made, but I was wrong.
As we were driving out, Deanna L Barrett came racing in along Mary’s one lane driveway AKA the Boyd Gang‘s Tiger Lily Lane. Deanna L Barrett purposely blocked us in, trapping us as we were attempting to drive out towing a trailer that needed to get back to U-Haul.
Deanna L Barrett purposely blocked us in and refused to back up. She acted as if she did not know how to back up her automobile. Then she disembarked her vehicle and wanted to approach my driver side door. My fiancée and I were very afraid and upset. I yelled loudly and began honking our vehicles horn consistently. Deanna L. Barrett reentered her car, acting as if she could not drive her car and so inch by inch she backed up. This went on for what seamed like for ever, as she inched her way back… See video.
She had us trapped there for about ten minutes. I was very concerned that other Boyd Gang members would soon show up. I was frightened, as was my fiancée. Deanna L Barrett’s harassment of us worked really good. We were both very upset and sickened by it.
At one point Deanna L Barrett yelled out, “knock it off, I’m not backing up until you calm down.“.
The constant horn honking, and along with another motorist who was driving past our location along the Upper Pack River Road (witness?), seemed to prompt Deanna L Barrett to back up, as if she all of the sudden knew how to drive a car. She backed her car up far enough for us to drive around her. And we got away.
And then she quickly turned around and began chasing after us, tailgating us as we traveled down the Upper Pack River Road.
Deanna L Barrett followed us onto hwy 95 and then she gave up the chase at about Coleburn, ID, a small community that is located between the Upper Pack River County Road and Ponderay, ID along hwy 95. We were relieved that she gave it up.
While Deanna L Barrett had us trapped there on Mary’s driveway, I called Mary and told her what was happening. Mary called the Bonner County Sheriff and in turn Deputy Gagnon called me after the fact and we agreed to meet and talk. We met with the Deputy near the U-haul office in Ponderay, ID.
Deputy Gagnon observed the video that we recorded of the incident. And, he said that it did appear that Deanna L Barrett was harassing us.
Then the Deputy spoke with Deanna L Barrett, and then he declined to take action. I wonder what she said to the Deputy?
Deanna L Barrett drove straight back to Mary’s residence. Deanna L Barrett verbally harassed Mary, who was walking along her own driveway. Deanna L Barrett drove up to her victim, Mary, and said “Tell your son John to stop harassing me on my driveway easement”. And then Deanna L Barrett spent the next two hours patrolling back and forth along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
Including, stopping in Mary’s front yard, exiting her vehicle and photographing the building material that I had unloaded earlier that morning.
On July 28, 2019,
At around 1:25 pm, Terri (Boyd) Davis, Deanna L Barrett and an unknown individual, Boyd Gang associate, John Doe #???, carrying a flying video drone and a portable flying video drone landing pad, walked out from the Boyd Gang‘s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. They were followed by Brian F Davis who was walking about 100 ft. behind.
They continued walking out past Mary’s residence and then they stopped at a location on Tiger Lily Lane, AKA Mary’s one lane driveway,
They stopped near the location where Deanna L Barrett had trapped my fiancée and I three days earlier on July 25, 2019. light blue X on above map.
As Brian F Davis passed through Mary’s front yard he pulled his t-shirt up, exposing his firearm. He fixated on Mary’s residence and specifically our RV trailer parked on the other side of the slightly transparent security screen fence as he walked by with his hand near his gun. With a beer bottle in his other hand.
Mary’s one lane driveway AKA, the Boyd Gang’s Tiger Lily Lane traverses across Mary’s neighbor’s, “J and V’s” property, and less than 100 ft. from J and V’s residence.
So, the location where the Boyd Gang stopped, was on Mary’s one lane driveway, AKA the Goon’s Tiger Lily Lane, AKA J and V’s property.
My fiancée and I could faintly hear what sounded like the aerial video drone flying over J and V’s property near J and V’s residence.
All of the sudden, loud screaming and yelling erupted, coming from J and V’s residence. And then the Boyd Gang could be heard yelling and screaming back. Back and forth. It was sad for J and V. They are harassed by the Boyd Gang too. They don’t deserve that.
At around 1:31 pm the Boyd Gang and associate walked back in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. They all seamed content with what they had done. And Brian F Davis was making sure that his firearm was staying on display.
On July 29, 2019,
At around 5:13 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. As she passed through Mary’s front yard, Deanna L Barrett slowed and actuated some kind of air horn.
At around 9:23 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. Deanna L Barrett began and continued to honk, (actuate), blare, her automobile’s horn constantly and loudly as she passed through Mary’s front yard.
She continued out along Tiger Lily Lane and as she passed by J and V’s residence, again, Deanna L Barrett honked her horn consistently and loudly as she passed.
On August 13, 2019
At around 11:17 am, Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane, followed by Deanna L Barrett riding a quad runner with an unknown male passenger, (Boyd Gang associate).
Deanna Barrett and the Boyd Gang associate passenger passed by Ethel Boyd and continued along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard where they turned the quad runner around in Mary’s front yard, (trespassing) and headed back towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
As they passed in front of Mary’s house, they paused and Deanna L Barrett yelled at Mary’s house, “Papa creepy from the neighborhood watch team, woo who…” and then her and her “papa creepy” took off and drove back to Ethel Boyd, who was standing along Tiger Lily Lane on Mary’s property waiting.
Ethel Boyd climbed onto the quad runner and the three of them drove towards the Boyd Gang’s property. The Boyd Gang went back and forth through Mary’s front yard about 30 times that day, sometimes within the same 5 minute period and sometimes along both of the easements to the Boyd Gang’s property.
August 14, 2019,
AGAIN, The Boyd Gang went back and forth through Mary’s front yard about 30 times, sometimes within the same 5 minute period and sometimes along both of the easements to the Boyd Gang’s property. and then…
That same day, August 14, 2019, at around 7:12 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard. Not through Mary’s front yard, to Mary’s front yard.
She walked her dog around Mary’s front yard and then encouraged her dog to defecate in Mary’s front yard, which it did.
And then, as she departed Mary’s front yard, Deanna L Barrett looked at the security camera, patted herself on the ass, and then walked her dog back to the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane.

At around 2:06 pm, a dark colored “Razor” two seat, drove in along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard, did a trespassing turnaround in Mary’s front yard and then drove away. Was that Ethel Boyd in the passenger seat? I have seen her wearing a long blond wig before.

On June 29, 2020,
At around 10:00 am Deanna L Barrett walked with her dog, out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard up to Mary’s little bridge over Tavern Creek.
She turned around and paraded back through Mary’s front yard, as she encouraging her dog to defecate, then she walked with her dog back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
July 5, 2020,
At around 3:13 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to Mary’s little bridge.
She encouraging her dog to defecate along the way. Then she turned around and paraded her dog back through Mary’s front yard back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 7:45 pm Deanna L Barrett rode her bicycle out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane.
She turned around in Mary’s front yard and then paraded back to the Boyd Gang’s property. She appeared to be intoxicated and fixated on Mary’s residence.
July 8, 2020,
At around 8:19 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane TO Mary’s front yard.
She was talking on the phone, or acting like she was talking on the phone. She was talking about Mary’s residence, which she has absolutely nothing to do with other than her own wacked out fixation of it.
She loitered in Mary’s front yard for a few seconds talking out loud about the fact that she had walked her dog to Mary’s front yard in order for her dog to defecate and then she turned around and paraded back to the Boyd Gang’s property from where she came.
On July 9, 2020,
At around 12:03 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane. She walked through Mary’s front yard to Mary’s little bridge and studied the signage real good.
Then she turned around and paraded back through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property, from where she came.
July 10, 2020,
At around 9:00 am, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane TO Mary’s front yard. She turned around in Mary’s front yard.
Then she encouraged her dog to defecate on Mary’s private property, and her dog did defecate on Mary’s private property. Then she paraded back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 8:19 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog with a child out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard.
Then, she stopped, turned around and then they paraded back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
July 11, 2020,
At around 10:21 am, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard. There, she trespassed and acted like she was looking for something on Mary’s property.
Then she continued walking through Mary’s front yard, where she stopped again and fixated, especially the area where I was working in Mary’s garden. I had no idea she was there fixating on me as I was working.
And then she turned around and paraded back through Mary’s front yard making strange vocal sounds, (I believe she was mimicking the sound of the tool which I was using), as she continued walking back to the Boyd Gang’s property from where she came.
At around 5:22 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked in along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard. She stepped off of the Boyd Gang’s easement onto Mary’s private property in order to get a better view of Mary’s private residence. As she was trespassing, she began photographing Mary’s house.
After a few seconds of Deanna L Barrett’s trespassing, loitering and photographing, we actuated our vehicle horn alarm, which Deanna L Barrett has heard before, and it usually sends her packing.
Not this time. Instead, she turned her backside towards Mary’s house and did a “nasty dance” exposing her ass in the process, we kept the horn alarm going until she departed, walking on towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
She walked about 50 ft. Along Tiger Lily Lane, away from Mary’s residence, and then Deanna L Barrett hiked her dress up above her ass, bent over, grabbed her under ware , and gave herself a very revealing “wedgy”, with a, “spread cheeky” at the same time, as she held her ass in the air.
And then she stood back up, turned and looked back and laughed out loud, (a very distinct laugh). Then she walked about 100 ft. down Mary’s barn lane, AKA the Boyd Gang’s Tiger Lily Lane. Where she stepped off of the easement again, trespassing again, pulled up her dress, dropped her underpants, and appeared to urinate on Mary’s private property. And then she put it back together, stepped back onto the easement and continued walking on to the Boyd Gang’s property.
Deanna L Barrett’s criminally harassing actions were reported to the Bonner County Sheriff and to the Bonner County Prosecutors office. Who both declined to take action. Stating that Deanna L Barrett said that it “was not her”, and therefor they did not know who it was. We provided a video/audio recording along with witness statements. However, Only Deanna L. Barrett’s obvious lie was all that mattered to them somehow. Why was that? I don’t understand that at all.
So when I say that the Bonner County Law Authorities are complicit to the Boyd Gang’s harassment. Here is one of many, many examples of what I speak to. It is very troubling and damaging.
July 14, 2020,
At around 1:49 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked in with her dog along Tiger Lily Lane from the county road to and through Mary’s front yard. She turned around just past Mary’s front yard and paraded back through Mary’s front yard heading back out.
She made an unladylike gesture at the CCTV cam as she walked out. It appeared that she was letting us know that she could do what ever she wants to in Mary’s front yard and there is nothing that we can do about it. I suppose that with the Bonner County Law authorities in lock step with her, she is right.
At around 3:47 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane and stopped her car in Mary’s front yard, She exited her vehicle holding a 1 gallon or more, hand held pump sprayer and began spraying an unknown substance on Mary’s front yard.
She walked back and forth spraying and then she reentered her vehicle and drove away towards the Boyd Gang’s property.
July 16, 2020,
At around 7:21 pm, Deanna L Barrett rode her bicycle out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s front yard.
Then she turned around in Mary’s front yard, stopping to make “crazy face” at the CCTV camera and then she paraded back through, traveling back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
July 24, 2020,
At around 6:49 pm Brian F Davis with Terri (Boyd) Davis drove his blue GMC pick up in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
As they past in front of Mary’s house, Terri (Boyd) Davis yelled out “…serious shit hole, grandpa would be disgusted…”.
Terri Davis is speaking to the condition of Mary’s residence which she has absolutely nothing to do with, other than own her wacked out fixation of it. Question is, who’s grandpa?, because I believe that my grandpa would be proud of me. I wonder what Terri (Boyd) Davis’s grandpa would think of her?
July 25, 2020,
At around 11:07 am, Brian F Davis drove his quad runner in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. As he passed by Mary’s house he yelled out, Someone lost there Panties, or words to that effect. There were no panties, it was all part of Boyd Gang harassment.
At around 5:48 pm, Deanna L Barrett with her dog, Terri (Boyd) Davis with her dog, along with Ethel Boyd and Wilma Mican, (Wilma Mican is a Boyd Gang associate), walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. They began singing a song as they approached Mary’s front yard. “I SEE LONDON, I SEE FRANCE, I SEE SOMEONES UNDERPANTS. ARE THEY WHITE, ARE THEY PINK, OH MY GOODNESS, DO THEY STINK” and then they all laughed. Deanna L Barrett laughed the same wicked laugh as she did when she harassed us on July 11, 2020, when she did the “nasty dance”, the “spread cheeky” and then dropped her underpants and urinated on Mary’s private property. Ya, the same unmistakable laugh.
As the Boyd Gang past through Mary’s front yard, Terri (Boyd) Davis and Deanna Barrett spoke about my mother, (Mary), my sister, and my fiancée, all by name, with regards to the Boyd Gang’s phantom underplants. Then they sang the same harassing song again, as they continued walking out.
On July 30, 2020,
At around 3:04 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
She stopped her car in Mary’s front yard and disembarked, walked off of the Boyd Gang’s easement, purposely trespassing onto Mary’s private property. Then she fixated and photographed flowers on one of Mary’s tree’s. And then she walked back to her car, re-entered it and drove away heading out.
On August 2, 2020,
At around 9:43 am, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
Then she turned around and paraded back through Mary’s front yard, stopping to fixate on me as I was unaware of her and working on Mary’s residence on the other side of the security screen, and then she continued back to the Boyd Gang’s property.
On August 7, 2020,
At around 9:47 am, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog in from the county road along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
Then she turned around and paraded back through Mary’s front yard headed back out. As she past back through Mary’s front yard she encouraged her dog to defecate.
At around 5:41 pm, Deanna L Barrett walked her dog out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard.
As she past by Mary’s house she spoke to her dog in one voice “… we’ll call the Sheriff on you and you’ll go to the pound, we’ll put you in the dog pound”.
Then she made some strange vocal sounds in a different voice. And then she said, “crazy mother fucker”, as she continued walking out.
At around 6:31 pm, Deanna L Barrett with her dog and Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
As they passed by Mary’s house, Deanna L Barrett was aiming her pretend gun towards Mary’s residence and our RV trailer, and then she began talking out loud, she said, “…I’ll blow your fucking brain out…..don’t mess with me….. I mean it”, then she went into a completely different voice, and began a tirade about how she “was going to be a millionaire”. She called herself “Cousin Deanna“ and then threw her hands in the air and yelled out “WHOOP, WHOOP….WHOOP, WHOOP…!”. Let me guess, “it wasn’t me“.
On August 9, 2020,
At around 5:14 pm, Brian F Davis with Terri (Boyd) Davis drove his blue GMC pickup towing an RV trailer out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. As they passed through Mary’s front yard, Brian F Davis acted as if, all of the sudden, he did not know how to drive his pick up truck towing a trailer. Acting like he was stuck somehow. And then Terri (Boyd) Davis disembarked their pickup.
Then, Terri (Boyd) Davis began a threatening, foul mouthed verbal tirade, yelling out ” We’re just gonna cut this down the next time we come through here we’re gonna cut that fucking thing, its not staying there.”….”Fuck you John.”….” Ya piece a shit looser.”…”Your fuck’n orange markings….you can go fuck yourself.”
Terri (Boyd) Davis spoke as if I was there somehow. And that I was, well, you get the idea, not nice. Even though, it was only her and Brian F Davis there.
On August 10, 2020,
At around 6:27 pm, Deanna L Barrett with Ethel Boyd drove her car out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. They stopped in front of Mary’s house and sang a song together loudly.
“There’s a skeeter on my peter, whack it off…There’s a skeeter on my peter, whack it off… There’s a dozen on my cousin, I can here the bastards buzz’n… There’s a skeeter on my peter, whack it off”.
And then Deanna L Barrett with Ethel Boyd continued driving out along Tiger lily lane, they slowed near “J and V’s” residence and sang the same harassing song again and then they drove away. We could here neighborhood dogs howling.
On September 27, 2020,
At around 4:06 pm Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane to Mary’s gate, which is latched, but not locked. It is easy to unlatch it. There is no mystery. Notwithstanding, Ethel Boyd crawled through the gate, it looked uncomfortable to say the least. And then Ethel Boyd turned back and studied the gate and appeared to look directly at the very simple chain and latch. Then Ethel Boyd walked in through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property.
At around 4:21 pm Ethel Boyd walked out from the Boyd Gang’s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard. And then she climbed back through Mary’s gate, It looked very painful for the eighty+ year old Ethel Boyd to crawl through that gate. I believe that was CRAZY and it certainly was FRIGHTENING to witness!
October 4, 2020.
At around 12:04 pm, Brian F Davis on his quad runner, rode in along The Boyd Gangs Tiger Lily Lane through Mary’s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. As he passed through Mary’s front yard, Brian F Davis was a creepy Goon, doing creepy Goon stuff.
Obviously, we have an intolerable and harmful situation occurring to Mary and her family.
As shown above, many episodes of the Boyd Gang completely misusing their court ordered/created 10 Ft. wide easement through Mary’s front yard during the summers of 2019 and 2020. Harassing, trespassing, lude, vulgar, threatening and damaging.
Judge Luster said in open Court, during proceedings in Bonner County CV 2011-835 as he addressed the 10 Ft. wide easement that he ordered/created. Judge Luster stated: “…it’s not an easement to go play on the road, (Mary’s front yard)….”.
Why would anyone want to engage in such bizarre, hurtful and illegal behavior?
That is just a small sample of the Boyd Gang’s crazy, spiteful, gang harassing in Mary’s front yard. During the summers, (mostly July and August) of 2019 and 2020, the Boyd Gang traversed back and forth through Mary’s front yard around 500 times or more. Many times, just back and forth within the same five minute period. Some days up to 30 or more times per day.
During the summers of 2019 and 2020 the Boyd Gang also used there 30 ft. wide appurtenant easement of record, now known as Tavern Creek Drive. Many times they would travel along one easement and then immediately travel along the other easement going the other direction. Circling Mary’s residence.
Lawless? Bonner County, Idaho
During the summer of 2019, The Bonner County Sheriff was contacted for help due to the Boyd Gang’s harassment. Solid evidence of harassment was presented, including some of the video/audio recordings shown above. The harassment was reported and each time the responding Sheriff Deputy would decline to take action.
During the winter of 2019-2020 we anticipated that more Boyd Gang harassment was in our future. So
Mary had a two signs made during the early spring of 2020.
I posted the signage. The two signs were conspicuously posted, one at each end of the Boyd Gang’s easement, Tiger Lily Lane. In order to inform the Boyd Gang and their associates that Mary’s property is private property.
And, during the spring of 2020 the Goon inspired harassment started up again.
The harassment continued and we knew that the Bonner county Sheriff was in lock step with the Boyd Gang. We were frightened, So, I wrote a letter to the Idaho State Police. I was trying to figure out a way to get relief from the Boyd Gang’s harassment.

“The fact that we are in the middle of a pandemic, and Mary is 77 years old and caring for her 84 year old sister, Nellie Gilbertson. I would ask that you inform these individuals and their agents to stop their very unnecessary travel and stop harassing Mary and her family. Both actions are illegal and harmful. (See time and date stamped pictures below)”

I am writing to you concerning a situation that has been ongoing at my Mother, Mary E. Pandrea’s residence here at 161 Tiger Lilly Lane, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
The owners of the property to the north of Mary’s Residence and Property: Kenneth J. and Deanna Barrett represent a group of individuals lead by Deanna’s mother Ethel Boyd, sister Terry and Brian Davis, who all reside in Kootenai County; Ethel also owns a summer residence located on Lois Lane, relatively nearby Mary’s residence.
These individuals have been involved in a campaign of physical and legal harassment aimed at Mary, apparently, ultimately, in a grand scheme to steal her land and residence.
I wrote a book in 2015-16 about this situation which has been ongoing for well over 10 years and continues to be extremely sad for Mary and her family. Mary is a sweet person who does not deserve this at all. The Barrett’s property enjoys a primary easement, (very nice road that leads directly to the Barrett’s Property, as described on their Land Title). AND, THROUGH JUSTICE SYSTEM ABUSE, they also enjoy a second easement. A court ordered 10ft wide walking path easement through Mary’s front yard and down through Mary’s tree farm, located on a FEMA designated floodway, in order to provide additional access to property that has no residence, vacant land.
That second 10ft walking path easement has now morphed into a driving road with an address for a residence that does not exist. How? That is baffling to me. I have heard that the Barrett’s say that they somehow reside there in the summer months. That is not true at all. What is true is that they use that second 10ft easement to drive directly to Mary’s residence to make their presence felt and then leave.
Time and time again for years and years, late spring through early fall they or their agents drive or walk up Mary’s one lane driveway in order to get in her face and harass her. When they do access the Barrett’s property, they or their agents use that access to drive back and forth for no reason. Sometimes, all day long. They or their agents spend way more time on that second easement and Mary’s land then they ever spend on their, (the Barrett’s) land.
We are in the middle of a pandemic, and Mary is 77 years old and caring for her 84 year old sister, Nellie Gilbertson. These individuals and/or their agents need to stop their very unnecessary travel and stop harassing Mary and her family. These individuals are putting Mary and her family’s lives and wellbeing in danger with their physical harassment.
There is signage posted, notifying the Barrett’s and their guests to only use that easement to access the Barrett’s property.
All of the individuals who appear in the following pictures have this one thing in common. They all traveled to and along Mary’s private driveway past her signage to harass her and her family and not access the Barrett’s land. They drove out of their way and against Idaho Governor Brad Littles Non-essential travel restriction in order to perpetrate their harassment of Mary and her family, and then drive away. Putting Mary and her family’s lives in danger. This is wrong and illegal. Is this a criminal conspiracy perhaps? It appears to be.

These individuals acted very creepy, then drove in as if they were accessing something, drove to a location on Mary’s land and parked there for several minutes, they never accessed the Barrett’s (Boyd Gang)(vacant) property and their tire tracks easily prove it. Well over 10 minutes loitering and trespassing on Mary’s private property and against the law. For no other purpose than to harass.

This harassment will not stop until these individuals are shut down. These individuals are very cleaver liars. They have successfully lied to the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office. Who have, through the years, consistently declined to take any action.
Now that there is a statewide non-essential travel restriction in place, this could fall under Idaho State Police Jurisdiction; at least some of these individuals have traveled from outside Bonner County in order to victimize Mary and her family here.
Some of these individuals are related to Mary; however, the concept of these people being Mary’s family is a lie and nothing more. I have heard that they call Mary’s land and residence, “our family farm”. That is a lie. Mary has owned this land since 1980 when she purchased it from her parents trust. Ethel Boyd and her crew have never held any interest in Mary’s property and residence.
Bottom line, they have no right to put Mary and her family’s lives in danger, I don’t care what lie they tell.
At least, PLEASE ask them to stop harassing Mary and her family. They will never, ever steal Mary’s land from her, and they need to stop this nonsense. Their actions are reckless and dangerous and need to stop.

The Idaho State Police never responded. So after a few more episodes of Boyd Gang inspired harassment. I sent the Idaho State Police another letter/email.

They won’t stop
My 77,(year old) mother, Mary E. Pandrea and her family are still experiencing harassing trespassers here at her residence, putting her and her families lives and wellbeing in danger.
Here they or their agents are again, harassing, trespassers against posted no trespass or loitering signage, and against Gov. Little’s nonessential travel restriction.
5/9/2020 loitering trespassers
These two individuals drove up Mary’s private driveway, loitered, blocking Mary’s private driveway for over five minutes and then drove away. The vehicle they were driving appears to have no front tag.
5/9/2020 loitering menacing trespassers these individuals drove up, three individuals disembarked the vehicle. The Driver appeared to have a gun on his hip. It looks like Idaho Tag# 9B51139. The driver opened Mary’s gate, they drove through against no trespass signs, within 40 ft. of Mary’s house, on past.
My fiancée, and I were unaware and taking a walk on Mary’s private property, when all of the sudden we were confronted with this strange white truck driving straight towards us. Frightened us, we immediately stepped away from Mary’s road located on her private property moving in a direction that they could not follow in that truck. The truck stopped and the driver began yelling something at us.
Then the truck continued traveling to a location on Mary’s land, turned around, drove back past Mary’s house,
through Mary’s gate and drove away, never did they access the Barrett’s (Boyd Gang) (vacant) property.

I have never seen a fisherman act like this before and we do not recognize this person; he parked out on the upper pack river road, walked directly up Mary’s driveway across her little bridge, (over tavern creek), and acted as if he was put out by the no trespass signs. He loitered there for several minutes in front of Mary’s gate and then disappeared over the bank headed towards the Pack River on the other side of Mary’s bridge. Mary’s land is not a public fishing access point and never has been. This is the first time I have ever seen anything like this.
He might just be an idiot who does not know any better than to trespass and loiter for no good reason. I believe he was sent here by (Barrett-Boyd-Davis), Boyd Gang.
All six of the above mentioned trespasser’s only purpose for being here at Mary’s residence was to harass and intimidate her and her family, putting her and her family’s lives in danger.
Even if some of them don’t realize what they are doing because they were lied to by the Boyd gang and not to bright.
These individuals are violating anti-gang and anti-terrorist laws. These individuals are also violating Governor Little’s non-essential travel ban, can’t the Idaho State Police do anything about this.
Unfortunately, I anticipate this situation here at Mary’s will only get worst. These individuals act aggressive, they are dangerous and reckless.
I believe that the Idaho State Police could and should intervene in this frightful situation. Please read the attached letter, originally sent to the Idaho State Police on April 30, 2020.
Be advised, these individuals (Boyd Gang) are very good at manipulating others.

I received an email from the Idaho State Police. It summerly stated that the matter had been forwarded to the Bonner County Sheriff’s office. I was sick to my stomach when I read that.
No more than did I read that email on May 12, 2020, than did a Bonner County Sheriff patrol car pull up to Mary’s front gate and I walked out to talk to the Bonner County Sheriff Deputy who was responding to the letters that I sent to the Idaho State Police.
It was Bonner County Sheriff Deputy Gagnon. He said, “How can I help you?” , I was already sick to my stomach and I replied, “The letters I sent pretty much explains it”. Deputy Gagnon said sternly, “They didn’t explain nothing” .
Well, there you go, that pretty much summed it up right there. I hung my head in submission to the authority figure. I am certainly smart enough to not argue with someone who has a badge, gun and handcuffs.
Deputy Gagnon went on to say that he really had not read the emails completely and wanted me to explain it to him. So, I remained positive and attempted to explain. It was like explaining something to a brick wall.
The Deputy ask me. “What has changed since last summer (2019)?”. I believe he was referring to the fact that he refused to take action the summer before when Mary and her family were viciously harassed and called the Sheriff for help. I replied, “Nothing has changed, it is only getting worst” The Deputy maintained a blank stare and said nothing.
I thanked the deputy for stopping by and I said have nice day.
For the rest of the summer of 2020, the Boyd Gang and their associates had free run at gang stalking and harassing Mary and her family, in Mary’s front yard with no end in sight. I was there at Mary’s house helping her. And, I had to make sure that I was not in a position that the Boyd Gang could harm me. Most days included the Boyd Gang traversing back and forth all day long through Mary’s front yard. We were prisoners, afraid to venture out onto Mary’s property knowing that the Boyd Gang were patrolling back and forth.
Following the July 11, 2020 lude, vulgar, harassment of Deann L. Barrett we again contacted the Bonner County Sherriff and showed them a video/audio recording of Barrett’s lude and harassing display and again they declined to take any action stating that Barrett claimed that it was not her and so they did not know who it was, Even though, it was most obviously Barrett (witness statements and audio/video recordings). And the Boyd Gang and their associates are the only persons who travel along Tiger Lily Lane, (private 10FT. wide easement through Mary’s front yard, and which terminates at the Boyd Gangs vacant property).
We contacted the Bonner County prosecutors office and said that we wanted to press charges. They also declined to take any action against Barrett, stating that they did not know who it was and therefor could not take action. Again, we provided witness statements and audio/video recordings to no avail.
We were out of options at that point and had to endure the harassment for the remainder of the summer and part of the fall of 2020. And, we did our best to stay out of the Boyd Gangs sight as they gang harassed us in Mary’s front yard. Sad to have to live like that.
Very damaging to have to endure.
