Gang harassment, justice system abuse. The Boyd Gang<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Boyd Gang<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mary argued during proceedings in Bonner County CV-2011-0835, that a secondary access (10 Ft. wide court ordered easement through her front yard), for the benefit of the Boyd Gang’s, (Barrett’s), vacant property, (parcel 2), was illegal, unnecessary and that the Boyd Gang only wanted to harm Mary, and would use that second easement as a means to harass Mary in Mary\u2019s front yard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary knew, from past experience with the Boyd Gang, that the Boyd Gang want to steal, (“get”<\/em>), Mary’s property. And, that the Boyd Gang employ gang harassment as part of their means to an end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, that second easement, (the Boyd Gang’s Tiger Lily Lane) does now exist. And the Boyd Gang can access their, (Barrett’s Parcel 2), property via Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the imposition of that 10Ft. wide secondary easement through Mary’ front yard, the Boyd Gang did and continue to do exactly what Mary predicted they would do. The Boyd Gang harass Mary and her family in Mary\u2019s front yard, habitually, summer after summer. With no end in sight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During May, 2019, my fianc\u00e9e and I arrived. I was there to finish renovating Mary\u2019s house. And, I installed a CCTV system at Mary\u2019s residence and property in order to record any trespassing and gang harassment. In order to expose it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also erected a temporary, 12 Ft. tall, privacy screen fence between Mary\u2019s house and the Boyd Gang’s 10 Ft. wide secondary easement, which passes directly through Mary\u2019s front yard. see map below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I installed the temporary privacy screen fence in order to protect my fianc\u00e9e and I from the Boyd Gang as I worked on the renovation of Mary’s house. It worked good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

My fianc\u00e9e and I spent a great deal of time at Mary’s residence during the summers of 2019 and 2020, and during the spring of 2021, as I completed the renovation of Mary’s residence. And my fianc\u00e9e and I documented and recorded what occurred in Mary’s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We recorded and documented the Boyd Gang’s crazy, lude, vulgar and threatening actions as they gang harass Mary and her family, in Mary’s front yard.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe that the individuals who I refer to as the Boyd Gang are a detriment to our society, and a dangerous one at that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Boyd Gang showed up on June 15, 2019. And from that time until October, 2019 and then again during the summer of 2020 and then in the spring of 2021, we did document and record the Boyd Gang’s threatening and harassing displays, as they gang harassed Mary and Mary’s family, in Mary’s front yard. And sometimes with a firearm on them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While I was renovating Mary\u2019s house, the Boyd Gang were busy gang stalking and gang harassing my fianc\u00e9e and me in Mary\u2019s front yard. So, not only did we document and record it, we were victims of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On June 23, 2019,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 2:50 pm, Ethel Boyd and Terri Davis walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang’s property. And, they fixated on Mary\u2019s residence as they passed by. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 3:49 pm, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis traveled out along the 30 ft. wide appurtenant access easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive) for the Boyd Gang<\/strong>‘s property, which traverses across Parcel 1 about 300 ft. behind Mary\u2019s residence. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mary\u2019s residence and house are visible from the Boyd Gang<\/strong>‘s property\u2019s appurtenant easement of record, (Tavern Creek Drive), and again, as depicted, Ethel Boyd and Terri (Boyd) Davis were both very fixated on Mary\u2019s residence. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
