Gang harassment, justice system abuse. The Boyd Gang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fencing along the Boyd Gang’s 10 Ft. wide Easement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

So, in the fall of 2020, the Boyd Gang where gone for the season, yet the cicatrix of their threatening harassment remained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After being thoroughly harassed by the Boyd Gang during the summers of 2019 and 2020, and the complicity of the Bonner County Sheriff’s Office, the Idaho State Police and of the Bonner County, Idaho, Justice System, to that threatening and repugnant Boyd Gang harassment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We decided to build a four foot tall field fence along both sides of the Boyd Gang’s 10 Ft. wide secondary easement through Mary’s front yard. In order to restrict their trespass and threatening harassment. Not to block the Boyd Gang’s 10 ft. wide easement and not a spite fence. More of a, keep your ugly spite off of Mary’s private property fence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My sister consulted with an attorney, asking the question, \u201cwould it be legal to build a fence along both sides of that ten ft. wide easement, which runs through Mary\u2019s front yard?.” The attorney assured her that a fence could be built along that easement according to Idaho law. The attorney expressed that we could not block the easement, but we could most definitely build a fence along both sides of that easement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So during December of 2020, I personally built that fence along both sides of the Boyd Gang’s 10 Ft. wide easement. I situated the fence according to the survey map of that easement, adding an extra 4 to 8 inches of width throughout the length of the easement, just to make sure it was all legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lot of time and money was spent as I personally constructed that fence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fence we built along the Boyd Gang’s 10 FT. wide easement exposed the fact that Tiger Lily Lane does not exist legally.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tiger Lily Lane (10 Ft. Wide easement), was fenced in on both sides where it traverses over Mary’s private property. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Tiger Lily Lane represents Bonner County Government enforced trespass and harassment of an innocent land owner, Mary. The fence, which I built, eliminated the Boyd Gang’s ability to trespass on Mary\u2019s private property with their motor vehicles. Therefor making Tiger Lily Lane useless and moot.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2021 Boyd Gang Harassment <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On March 3, 2021, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At around 11:44 am, Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd walked in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard towards the Boyd Gang’s property. Fixating and photographing the whole way through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Only this time, there was a safety barrier preventing them from accessing and trespassing on Mary\u2019s private property. But that did not stop them from fixating on Mary’s residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deanna L Barrett and Ethel Boyd approached the Boyd Gang’s property, and then they slowly departed. They never actually entered onto the Boyd Gang’s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They made several comments that were difficult to discern, however, Deanna L Barrett did address the 10 ft. wide easement saying,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
