As she passed through Mary\u2019s front yard, Deanna L Barrett slowed and she actuated some kind of air horn.<\/strong> see video below at 9:23 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 5:57 pm, Ethel Boyd drove her pickup in along Tiger Lily lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 6:02 pm, Ethel Boyd drove her pickup out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 6:16 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 7:39 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">***At around 8:45 pm, Ethel Boyd drove her pickup in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 9:05 pm, Ethel Boyd drove her pickup out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 9:23 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.&nbsp;<strong>Deanna L Barrett began and continued to honk, (actuate), blare, her automobile\u2019s horn constantly and loudly as she passed through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Deanna L Barrett harassing, Gang harassment.  2019 7 29 .\" width=\"580\" height=\"326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0HGa7CfW-i8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She continued out along Tiger Lily Lane and as she passed by&nbsp;<strong>J&nbsp;<\/strong>and<strong>&nbsp;V<\/strong>\u2019s residence, again,<strong>&nbsp;Deanna L Barrett honked her horn consistently and loudly<\/strong>&nbsp;as she passed by their residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 30, 2019,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 11:39 am Deanna L Barrett drove in along Tiger Lily Lane. She stopped in front of the Thornton\u2019s residence for about a minute and then she continued on to Mary\u2019s front yard. Deanna L. Barrett stopped and backed up a little and then proceeded to the other end of Mary\u2019s front yard and stopped, disembarked her vehicle and walked onto Mary\u2019s property acting as if she was clearing the road somehow, even though there was nothing blocking Tiger Lily Lane. Then she got into her car and continued to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 11:54 am Deanna L. Barrett drove out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard. Barrett acted as if she was angry at the CCTV camera, displaying some kind of &#8220;crazy face&#8221; at the camera as she walked back, climbed back into her car and drove away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 2:07 pm, a red Toyota SUV, Bonner County planning,  drove in Along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard. It turned around and drove away. I, later, got word that all was good according to Bonner County Planning Department.  And, that the temporary screen fence could stay until the renovation was complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 7:03 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 7:55 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 8:30 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 8:39 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 8:45 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 8:50 pm, Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On July 31, 2019,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 6:42 am, Deanna L Barrett drove her car in along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 7:09 am Deanna L Barrett drove her car out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily Lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On August 1, 2019,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 1:02 pm, the ACE Septic Service truck drove in along Tiger Lily lane through Mary\u2019s front yard to the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 1:08 pm, the ACE Septic Service truck drove out from the Boyd Gang&#8217;s property along Tiger Lily lane through Mary\u2019s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At around 9:08 pm Deanna L Barrett with a passenger? However, Deputy Gagnon called me around August 12, 2019 and said, <em>\u201cI am declining to take any action\u201d<\/em>.  That did not surprise me at all. The Boyd Gang easily duped the, Boyd Gang friendly Bonner County Sheriff Deputy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I wonder what was said between the Boyd Gang and Deputy Gagnon?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe that the Boyd Gang were inspired by my complaint, and the Bonner County Sheriff&#8217; Deputy Gagnon&#8217;s, Boyd Gang friendly response to it.  I believe that the Boyd Gang felt like they continued to have a green light, and they did have a green light, to do what ever they wanted with regards to gang stalking and harassing Mary and her family in Mary&#8217;s front yard.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you can tell, the Bonner County Sheriff certainly was and is fully complicit to the Boyd Gang and their illegal and harmful actions. I can&#8217;t understand how that could be.  I believe that there is some relationship between the Boyd Gang and the Bonner County Sheriff that makes that Office operate nefariously when it comes to this unfortunate situation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know that the Boyd Gang reaches out and corrupts people with treachery.
