Brian F. And then his actions are described in open court in 2010. During both events Brian F Davis was doing Boyd Gang enforcer stuff.  Breaking locks off doors with bolt cutters, and with his firearm ready. Or, frightening victims inside their own house. Then he is recorded on a game trail camera in 2021,  Harassing the camera that is situated on Mary&#8217;s private property.    <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the clip above Brian F Davis is shown breaking and entering into a my private residence in 2012 with a pair of bolt cutters and a gun. And then in a completely different incident which occurred in 2010, his actions are described by his victim, as his victim testifies in open court. And then (the thumbnail pic) he harasses a game trail camera in 2021, which was located on Mary&#8217;s private property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brian F. Davis is an ex LAPD Officer, which does not grant him impunity from the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is Deanna L. Barrett of Burlington Michigan, wife of retired US Navy Officer, Kenneth J. Barrett. Deanna L. One of many episodes of the Boyd Gang notoriously harassing displays in Mary&#8217;s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clip above was captured on 8\/4\/2020 in Mary&#8217;s front yard and on Mary&#8217;s little bridge over Tavern creek. The orange paint marks on the ground are there, letting the Boyd Gang and the authorities both know where the Boyd Gang&#8217;s 10 ft. wide easement is located through Mary&#8217;s front yard. Because sometimes, many times, the Boyd Gang like to treat Mary&#8217;s front yard as if they own it. Trespass, fixate, loiter.  Walk their dog <strong>to<\/strong> Mary&#8217;s front yard, then encourage it to defecate there. Illegal things like that. AKA the Boyd Gang&#8217;s Tiger Lily Lane. The video is grainy, yet, obviously, this is just very wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deanna L Barrett is the wife of retired US Navy Officer, Kenneth J Barrett, which does not grant her impunity from the law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Bonner County Idaho, the Boyd Gang own a piece of vacant property, (&#8220;Parcel 2&#8221;), which is located to the north of and adjacent to Mary&#8217;s property (&#8220;Parcel 1&#8221;).  Mary purchased Parcel 1 in 1980 as it was severed from a larger parcel of property and sold to her.  In 1980, when Mary purchased her property there was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through her front yard. Mary&#8217;s Parcel 1 connects directly to the Upper Pack River Road via its own unique driveway which traverses no where near Parcel 2. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parcel 2 was also severed from that same larger parcel of property in 1991 and sold to the Boyd Gangs predecessor in interest. At the time that Parcel 2 was severed and sold in 1991, it was described with an appurtenant easement of record which read &#8220;Together with and <strong>subject to<\/strong> a 30 Ft wide easement for road Right of Way and Utilities along the existing access road&#8221;.  The existing access road has since been named <strong>Tavern Creek Drive<\/strong>, and provides excellent access from the Upper Pack River Road. (County Road) to Parcel 2.  Tavern Creek Drive traverses about 300 Ft. behind Mary&#8217;s residence on Parcel 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parcel 2 was described <strong>together with<\/strong> the Tavern Creek Drive easement road because that is how Parcel 2 is legally accessed. Parcel 2 was also described <strong>SUBJECT TO <\/strong>the Tavern Creek Drive easement road because Tavern Creek Drive traverses directly over Parcel 2 and continues on to several other properties, providing easement access to those properties as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2002 Mary and I, (John Pandrea) contemplated renovating the old long house that is situated on Mary&#8217;s Parcel 1. I began renovating Mary&#8217;s residence in 2004, (the old log house). At that time in 2004 there was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through Mary&#8217;s front yard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In about 2013 a Kootenai County, Idaho,  Judge, (officer of the court) named J. P. Luster  was persuaded by Ethel Boyd&#8217;s daughter, (paralegal, officer of the court in Kootenai County, Idaho), Terri (Boyd) Davis, along with, (lawyer, officer of the court in Kootenai County Idaho), Richard Kuck to impose a 10 ft. wide additional easement access for the Boyd Gang&#8217;s  (Parcel 2) through Mary&#8217;s front yard. The persuasion I speak of came in the form of fraud on the Bonner County CV 2011-0835 court which was heard by the Kootenai County Judge Luster court.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>See page 3 and 4 of this report for details including documentary evidence..<\/strong><\/em>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fraud was in the form of perjury by Terri (Boyd) Davis and then that fraud was argued before the court by Richard Kuck.  And then Judge Luster ordered a 10 Ft wide additional easement access through Mary&#8217;s front yard.  This was all done against Mary&#8217;s will and her strong argument against it. Also, all documentary evidence that was before the Luster Court supported Mary&#8217;s argument and it was all ignored by Judge Luster as he ordered the additional easement through Mary&#8217;s front yard for the Boyd Gang&#8217;s Parcel 2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <em><strong>See page 3 and 4 of this report for details including documentary evidence..<\/strong><\/em>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That court ordered additional and unnecessary easement, the 10 ft. wide easement through Mary&#8217;s front yard, now has an official Bonner County name, &#8220;Tiger Lily Lane&#8221;. This was also done as result of fraud brought to the Bonner County government by Deanna L.(Boyd) Barrett. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>See p<span><b>age 4 of this report for details including documentary <\/b><\/span><strong>evidence.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> &#8220;Yes, (troubling and questionable as it is),  the Boyd Gang can legally access their Parcel 2 through Mary&#8217;s front yard. But that does not give the Boyd Gang the right to harass Mary and Mary\u2019s family in Mary\u2019s front yard. Not at all. And, in a society, everyone has to follow the law.   And be held accountable for their actions if they don&#8217;t follow the law. Terri (Boyd) Davis is a paralegal, (officer of the court), in the First Judicial District, Kootenai County Idaho. And her husband Brian F. Davis is an ex LAPD officer.   They reach out and have  manipulated many people with treachery.   Not just the legal system and law enforcement.  Many innocent people become Boyd Gang associates and soldiers through treachery.  <strong>Extremely<\/strong> <strong>troubling<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> The Boyd Gang want to steal Mary&#8217;s property and they won&#8217;t stop Gang harassing  Mary and her family, (<em>See pages 1 and 2<\/em>) as they plot against her. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Introducing Mary, the Boyd Gangs #1 victim<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mary Pandrea is my mother. During the 1930&#8217;s Mary&#8217;s mother (Edith Clark) and father (Harry Clark) purchased a large parcel of land in the Upper Pack River Valley.  The Clarks developed and for many years maintained a residence and farm on a small part of that property. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1975 Mary&#8217;s father was killed during a tractor rollover accident on his property. Mary was residing in Vancouver, Washington at that time.  In 1977 Mary began looking after Mary&#8217;s mother. Mary realized that her mother was not the sharpest tool in the shed and needed help.   Mary was always very caring towards her mother Edith. Edith, (grandma to me), became a part of our immediate family following that time.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> During 1980 Mary purchased her property known as Parcel 1. Mary grew up there during the 1940&#8217;s and 1950&#8217;s.  At the time that Mary purchased her property in 1980 and prior to that time for many years following there was never a Tiger Lily Lane traversing through her front yard. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the summer of 2002,  while I, (John Pandrea),was visiting Mary, she asked me if I would build her a house someday on her land.  I am very skilled and experienced at residential construction, Mary knew that. At that time there was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through Mary&#8217;s front yard. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I began renovating Mary&#8217;s house in 2004.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the summer of 2004. I traveled from my residence in Hawaii. I spent 21 days at Mary&#8217;s house. First, I hired a log house expert to inspect it. He said that it would need a new roof. And, that the old logs that make up the outside walls could be saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, from sun up until sun down every day I worked hard. I tore it down to the dirt and perimeter wall logs and hauled the refuse to the dump. I personally harvested and prepped three trees right there from Mary&#8217;s property. And then Mary and I made a construction plan, a material list, purchased building materials and I framed up a roof and installed metal roof covering. At that time, there was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through Mary&#8217;s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following 2004, I returned to Mary&#8217;s residence sporadically during the summer time, (2 to 3 weeks at a time), working on the renovation of Mary&#8217;s house. During that time there was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through Mary&#8217;s front yard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/packrivervalleypi.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/2012-Marys-residence.jpeg\" alt=\"This image has an empty alt attribute; its file name is 2012-Marys-residence.jpeg\" width=\"608\" height=\"411\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mary&#8217;s House in 2012.  rough in carpentry complete. There was no Tiger Lily Lane traversing through Mary&#8217;s front yard. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During around 2014, the 10 Ft. wide court ordered easement through Mary&#8217;s yard was imposed on her which was subsequently named Tiger Lily Lane in 2016. All of this was done against Mary&#8217;s will and it was done through fraud,<em> (See pages 3 and 4 of this report<\/em> <em>including documentary evidence<\/em>). Tiger Lily Lane traverses about 35 ft. from Mary&#8217;s front door through her otherwise secluded front yard.
